Accommodation
The villa has a living area of 1700 sq.ft and is set
in 1/3 of an acre of garden between vineyards and the village.
There is a freeform swimming pool 10m x 5m and a very large
sun terrace. It is split into two sections, each with its
own kitchen and living room, and therefore offers 1 bedroom,
3 bedroom or 4 bedroom accommodation.

Equipment includes:
Cot, two washing machines, dishwasher, television,
DVD Player, barbecue, two microwaves, two fridge-freezers
etc etc.
Linen
Linen is included except for the Cot bed.

Private
Swimming Pool
The pool has a safety alarm which can be set when the
pool is not in use. This will sound if anyone enters
the pool.

Management
The villas are managed by a local company owned by english
people. There is an Operations Manual in the villas with contact
details.
Prices include agent's attention on site,
gardener/pool man during stay, cleaning and laundry on exit.
At extra cost, cleaning and laundry can be arranged during
your stay. Changeover would ideally be at weekends. Friday
to Friday periods offer the best value for money regarding
air fares, and for 2010 we have decided to use Friday as the
changeover day for high season bookings. We may be flexible
for mid and low season requests.
